Before you book
a consultation.
Does the consultation include preparing my return?
No. Preparation is a separate package. The consultation helps you understand your situation and choose the right package.
Will the specialist review my documents?
Not line by line. You can describe your documents and ask about them, but a full document review is part of preparation, not of the consultation.
How is the appointment scheduled?
You choose an available time on our booking calendar and pay when you confirm it, in one step. If no time works for you, you don’t pay.
Can the specialist represent me before the IRS?
No. A consultation is general guidance about your filing. Representation before the IRS depends on a preparer’s credentials and is not part of this service.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms are in the refund and cancellation policy linked next to the booking button.
